    basically got PPIicon refund from hfc. got a statement in today and they are still taking the ppi payment.

    going to phone them in the morning. any advice on what to say?

    Obviously query why they are taking this payment when your PPIicon was refunded (I assume due to misselling) and demand that this payment is refunded immediately - although try to stay calm about it.

    Phoning them is fine but I think you need to follow anything up in writing and make a formal complaint.

    I would agree entirely with Rory32 and put your complaint in writing, telling them to refund additional payments taken and to confirm in writing that the PPIicon has been cancelled.
