Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

Reference ....... (your letter of xx xxx xx)
I am disappointed that you have failed to respond to my request for a copy of my (insert which is applicable) agreement to which I am entitled under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (Sections 77−79). A copy of this letter is attached for your convenience.
I have previously enclosed a payment of £1.00 which represents the fee payable under the Consumer Credit Act.
I understand a copy of our credit agreement should be supplied within 12 working days.
I am sure you also understand that under the Consumer Credit Act creditors are unable to enforce an agreement if they fail to comply with a request for a copy of the agreement under these sections of the Act.
Failure to respond positively will be reported to the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Office of Fair Trading.
Yours faithfully

The prescribed terms that make the agreement legally binding appear to be there
they are
rate of any interest applied to the account (or how it will be determined)
repayment schedule (or how it will be determined)
amount of credit or credit limit (or if it will be determined later)
these all appear to be here
barring anything Ive missed, it looks enforceable

** We would not seek a battle as we are, yet as we are, we say we will not shun it. (Henry V) **
see you stand like greyhounds in the slips,
Straining upon the start. The game's afoot:
Follow your spirit; and, upon this charge
Cry 'God for Harry! England and Saint George!'
If you think I have helped, informed, or amused you do the clickey scaley thing !!
To be enforceable it must have your signatue and the prescribed terms in the same document. The prescribed terms are on page 7 and your sig on page 8. Therefore it is enforceable if (and only if) pages 7 and 8 are back and front of the same sheet of paper.

It's the 'original' - ie what they copied that matters
