Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
It has been brought to my attention that the law is different in respect of the interest claimable than in England.
I am therefore providing new templates for you to use, and will be working on these this weekend.
Don't worry if you have already used another template, it's a minor point, but one that should be addressed.
Please keep an eye in the bank templates forum on the thread entitled speadsheet interest calculation.
Thanks for your patience,
Vamp.
Edited: Scottish templates are now available in both Works and Excel, for either the simple calculation or the more complex version calculating interest charged on penalties. Please state which you prefer when requesting them. Good luck all.
