purchased a new sofa from lol in july 2007 six months later the colour has started to fade where the two chairs which are recliners rub against each other. i tried to make a claim through home serve who sent out an investigator and the claim came back void as they sad it was DUE TO COLOUR LOSS and not covered under the policy. i am now trying to go through land of leather for the repair of which it has taken 3 months for the manager to call back. who called back to day saying that they would investigate. so after reading all these post i dont stand a CHANCE.
