    Default Help....Lloyds tell me to go to FSO

    Can anyone help? I recently wrote to Lloydsicon as they insisted that I take PPIicon or be declined for a loan, it has cost me nearly £5000! They repiled asking for more evidence but saying they would not refund me,. I wrote back giing the details they asked for and went into more detail regarding the circumstances surrounding the sale of ppi and giving the evidence. They have wrote and told me to go to the FSO. I don't know what to do next, they wont respond to my concern or send the copies of documents I have requested.
