    Can anyone advise?? I defaulted on my BOSicon CC and have now totally ignored it for months. My card expired in January and I've heard nothing from them. Does anyone know where I would stand in trying to reclaim unfair charges - these would be far more than the outstanding balance on this card. Is it worth a shot?

    Of course it is. Do you have al the statements? If not then send a DPA SARicon letter and go from there.

    Sent of SARicon - have now received notification that Blair, Oliver & Scott will pursue this through court. I saw a letter somewhere which stated that the amount was disputed due to forthcoming legal proceedings etc., does anyone know where this is? Its not in the library.

    Do you mean Elliot v Lloydsicon? If so, this case was settled out of court several weeks ago and shouldn't affect your claim in any way (except favourably ). Don't worry about court, it probably won't get any further than your MCOL claim and anyway you'll get loads of help here if you need it.
