Default Barclays - Begining the fight back

I have got my six years of statements from Barclaysicon and identified the charges and am ready to calculate how much they owe me.
When I've done with them I am going to take on Nationwideicon.
A bit of background on myself: I am married with three children and did have problems with debt due to credit cards. I am now turning this around with the help of PayPlan. I left Barclays and moved my account to Nationwide who to date won't give me a cheque book or debit card and interestingly don't write to me when they levyicon a charge.

I have recieved around 100 bank charges since christmas 2005 due to bounced cheques and standing orders not being paid. Each one used to be £30 but it has just gone up to £35
I am just in the process of starting to accertain how much i have overpaidicon in charges by writing to them, so i will keep posted on all things that happen. Hopefully i will get a result like some of the others.
