i have just checked my credit history and this is one of the companys i took a loan out with in 2005,i dont have any of the paperwork and was wondering how i would go about finding the details?

is this the same mob who were recently fined?

Hi you need to send off a CCA request to them for your original agreement, there is a template in the library on this site. They have 12+2 days to comply. This will cost £1- best £1 i've ever spent!!! do not sign your request though. Good luck

Has the loan be settled? if so then a SAR would be better and this can be found here:
