Hi, Just a quick question. We had a loan with First National but went through Norton Finance, who do we send S.A.R - (Subject access request) to?
Hello Jessie,
Welcome Jessie,
Ok if Norton arranged the loan with the PPI, send them a S.A.R - (Subject access request), you will find the ppi S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) in the sticky at the top of the forum.
Copy and paste and then maybe add a little bit about requiring the information relating to the amount of commission they received from First National for selling their policy.
When you go through a broker, they receive a payment incentative, so it will spur them on the apply it whether or not you need, want it
I would send First national a request under section 77/78 for a copy of the credit agreement that your signed.
Don't forget to send your payments for these requests in the form of a postal order and send them either recorded or special delivery, you can track their progess on the royal mail website, so you know they received and signed for them and then you can start the clock ticking

Hi guys, good luck to you all! I have just found my original CCA dating back to 2004, with BHS,Gold Store Card, issued by GE Money, clearly showing, in my own handwiritng, that I ticked the box for PPI for ONLY 30 DAYS but they have continued to debit it for 4 years. Although I thankfully have a Credit Limit of only £250 and balance is £29, (at 29%) they have written to me tell me these cards are to be no more wef 01 November. I obviously don't need a CCA, SAR or anything else for theat matter. Just a straightforward link to a reclaiming template letter for PPI plus interest plus anything else I can get if I have a case, do I ?

Re: GE Woodchester PPI
Before I start, is GE Woodchester the same as GEMoney for a BHS Gold Card, (store card) ????
Could I ask you to start your own thread in this forum then folks do not get confused as to who is advising who on whatever claim.
If you start a thread for your own circumstances, people will be able to concentrate on the issue you have and not get mixed up in different threads.
Hi, just a quick question I am in the process of requesting copies of credit agreements under the consumer credit agreement act section 77/78 for several accounts with one bank (Natwest) do I send £1 in total or £1 for each account with them?

For a CCA, I think it is £1 for each account, for a SAR it's £10 for each person??
Well I had a current account with Natwest and I loan to pay off overdraft and a credit card and am looking to claim back PPI, so does that mean I have to sent Natwest £3 then?

Hello Jessie,
Can I ask what specifically are you after please
If you are after the copy of the loan agreement which had the ppi on it. you only need to send £1 for that agreement. Send your request with a postal order and send it recorded delivery and keep everything safe in a file for reference later. You can track its progress on the royal mail website and you can print off things like signatures:grin: It is important to know when they get these requests as they have to comply withing 12 working days + 2 postage.
Oh forgot to mention bet you 50p they do not have it and won't comply with your request
