Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just thought I would show you the script of the latest Tom and Jerry cartoon.

exactly - just rubbish from them. Also as consideration has passed there is no privity of contract. Oh and section 35 of the DPA permits it anyway. but why would a PPC tell the truth about anything.
