Hmmm. I don't get involved in enough of these to know what standard procedure is for ANPR. I know some ppc experts who can predict exactly what the ppc will send next. They would also know if ANPR Intl have
ever taken anyone to court.
If you've read the various threads you'll see that the chances of
any ppc taking you to court are extremely remote - and then they have to win of course - unlikely.
couldn't find out if cpz is a protected term. As an example 'Penalty Charge Notice' can only be used by Councils for Civil Parking Enforcement i'm told.
That's why ppcs often call them something like '
parking charge
Notice' - same initials to mislead.
It being a hire car can be awkward. Make sure the hire Co don't go paying and adding yet a further
admin
charge. Check the
terms and conditions
of the hire.
BTW - they all, always threaten court action - then still give up if you ignore them for a few letters.
