In the righthand forum rooms dropdown, select Egg under "Other Institutions"

That will give you background reading of numerous attempts similar to yours to challenge Egg CCA. I am not aware of many successes reported.

I today recieved my awaited CCA from Egg.

It mentions no Credit Limit specifically but has a section for credit limits which states that the limit may be reviewed from time to time.

The big questionis 'Is this enforceable?'

Okay, so going from the thread in legal issues we need to be looking at getting a declaration of unenforceability? I`m checking with you guys that I have read it all correctly.
