Thread: KANDA Vs NORWICH UNION - HELP

I cancelled my Norwich Union insurance policy when I still had a few months to go. I was sent a letter telling me that I owed them £45. I wrote a letter back asking them how they arrived at this figure.

I received a letter this morning, stating that I owed them £15 for some cover I used and the remainder £35 is for admin charges.

I am more than happy to pay the £15 for the cover used, however does anyone know of any templates that I can use to further challenge the £35.

I do not think it is right to pay £35 for admin charges.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps you could ask them to give you a full Breakdown of their admin charges, how they arrived at them, what work was done to justify such a charge?
