The letter says i went off site, im assuming this means i left the car park. The car park has signs up stating it is for customers of the shops in the retail park and a time limit. Halfords is a shop in the retail park which i use quite often (many times just a walk around browsing), as the town center is a 1-2 minute walk round the corner ill also go off on a walk around there aswell.
Ive never had one of these letters before, so im just after advice on what i should do.
Recieved an NTO but no PCN
issued to my car by "Total Parking Solutions". I never saw a PCN on or around my car.
