Yes, 40 days. I used to phone them at 38 days reminding them they had 2 days left before I complained to the ICO for their breach but I would give one day on top before I complained, that usually did the trick. The Ikea madam I got at the end of the line whined that I was being unfair by not giving them more time, to which I replied that I was being a lot fairer than them who would just apply the charges on my account for being one day late paying.
