Do you have all the paperwork evidence of this? ie Consumer Credit Agreement?, terms and conditions of the Agreement? Policy documents?
Have you made contact with Welcome and if so how did they respond to you?
I presume you tried to claim when the car was written off? Do you have any correspondence from Welcome?
