Thread: what do i do with rockwell?

hi everyone, i hope i put this in the right place as im new here and very flustered


Just over a year ago i started to receive threatening phone calls and letters threatening bailiff action from a company called buchanen clark and wells stating i owed just over a thousand for a HSBC account opened in 1999 which i have no record of. Naturally i panicked and went to the citizens advice people who printed me out a letter and told me to send it to them via recorded delivery asking for all the full details and saying in bold letters i did not acknowledge the debt.
they received the letter and many emails but did not respond at all. i presumed the matter over with

this morning 9/10/08 i have received a letter from a rockwell debt collection agency saying i owe £1800 to phoenix rec uk ltd sarl tessera? and i must pay within 7 days. It is just on computer typed paper with no signature and no email address just a banking slip
who are they and does this have anything to do with the previous letters? They dont say what its for just given me an account number and asked me to ring which considering my previous experiences i am definitely not doing.

where should i go from here?

You go straight to your bin & put the letter in there once you've tore it up into little bits
If you are short of loo paper, that could be a use? ;-)
In other words - its not worth the paper its printed on

So if you do use it as loo paper - one way or the other, it will be full of s***
