Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I will shortly be tackling PPI issues with the above company. I need to obviously get the required information first though, so could someone tell me who I should SAR? should if be Future Mortgages or Cassidy Davis or both.
There appears some single premium CreditCare PPI on 3 loan agreements that I had in the past with Future Mortgages. A quick call to FM and I found out that the Insurance was through Cassidy Davis. I have looked at their website and they underwrite PPI (along with other stuff) for lenders.
All 3 loans were redeemed early and according to Future Mortgages I was refunded premiums by Credit Care which honestly I do not recall!
OK I think I have just found the answer! I should SAR the people that the loans were with!
OK so although I didn't SAR them I did mange to get out of them statments and credit agreements, T&C's etc. so I am guessing I don't need anything else just some way of calculating what the reclaim amount should be!
