    Red face Daily mail dated 12/7/06

    hi everyone just heard that the Daily mail on the above date was saying that all the court cases were put on hold until a case had gone to the higher court how does that affect us do we just continue? anyone know?regards nigel

    ok thanks for that.I'll continue as per.My charges for the last 6 yearsicon are astonomical I have my doubts that this would be heard in small claims court,do you think I should go the whole hog for the lot.regards nigel
