Start off by reading the FAQs and making sure that you understand what you are about to start. Sort out a parachute account and start using it for your normal banking transactions. Read up on the template letters and then read some threads in the forum for your bank to see how others are getting on and how many have won. Take your time to study all of this to get the best benefit from all the hard work and experience in this site.
