how do i reject an offer from barclay card **WON**
Hi All,
This is my very first post.
After looking on this forum, i decided to try and get some of the charges back from an account i have with barclay card. I sent them a letter asking for £684.00 of charges to be repaid back, as yet i have not received any letters, but today i checked my statement online and have seen that they have put into my account £144.00 REFUND LATE CHARGE.
I am not happy with this as a Full and final settlement. What should i do now? any help would be much appreciated.
thanks
mel
Did you send letters from the Site as BC will recognise them and take you seriously. If they've gone past the 14 days you should have given them, send your lba.

Hi,
I sent them the first letter from this website asking to refund the charges with a spreadsheet with all the charges they have charged me over the past 6 years. So should i send them the lba and the rejection letter now?
many thanks for you response
