    Hi! How helpful is this site?!! excellent work!

    I am claiming back just under £1000 from Lloydsicon TSB. They have put in a defense and I sent my questionnaire in on 27th June, I also sent a copy to Lloyds...I have not received acknowledgement from either the county courticon or Lloyds...I sent the questionnaire standard 1st class post, but I am beginning to wonder if this was such a good idea...what should I do?

    Also I am not sure if I filled the questionnaire out correctly...if it is incorrect what happens...?

    Sorry to bombard you! I am only supposed to be saying Hi are'nt I!?

    Have you tried phoning the court to see if they have received it?
