'Am now at the stage where my Curr/Acc lba expires-Mon 15th July and joint account LBA expires 16th July Have had two letters promising to 'look into things and get back to me within two weeks' and offering '£30 as an exceptional goodwill gesture-oh, and an offer to waive 'pending charges' of £118 on joint account. 'Have accepted the £30 as an interim payment only.
Is this ok so far?
