Hi all! Can anyone help me with a broadband problem? Just under 2 years ago I signed up with T-Mobiles mobile broadband as I didnt want a landline in my flat. What an absolute joke that was. Didnt even get dial-up speed!! Complained time and time again to no avail. Then I got a new fantastic job which meant moving..and guess what. No speed at all, nothing, nada, no signal whatsoever. I even offered to pay out the contract at their lowest tarrif but they refused!! I am now being chased by that bunch of jokers lowell/red debt/hamptons for over 500 quid. I realy dont want to pay this on principle as they sold me something that didnt bloody work as advertised. Stupidly, I didnt keep a record of any calls. Is there anything I can do?
