My partner is trying to get hold of an old Smile bank statement (from about 5 years ago) but they charge £10 to retrieve old statements.
She's now requested two of them but they don't have the information she wants and as she can't remember the correct date and also after spending £20 she wants to avoid paying loads more to access her old account information.
Could a SAR get all the information she wants without paying a stupid amount of money per statement? After all; £10 seems like a lot for an old statement!
