hi all
I started my claim in 2007 and got up to lba letter being sent. i recieved no response and due to illness i have not pursued it until now.
However as it has taken so long,(over a year now) if i resubmit the lba would that constitute a new claim? The reason i ask is that part of my claim involves charges from 2001 and if this is a new claim part of it will be over the 6 year period.
I dont want to lose these charges so is there anything i can do?
