Thread: RBS not signing for documents

Having looked through the site about RBS ive noticed that a lot of people are saying that RBS head office isnt signing for the documents.
Just take 2 copys of your inital PPI letter of complaint to your local branch and get them to stamp one of them saying that they have received it keep that copy and give them the other copy.
Or ask them to photocopy the letter that you give them and stamp the photocopy for you to keep.
That way they cant say that they have not receievd it.
