    Default Not able to make another claim?

    I just put in another claim for a single £16 overlimit fee. The letter I got back mentioned that after my last refund, I was informed that any other charges would not be refunded (I vaguely remember reading this).

    Does this hold up? Or shall I just go ahead any sent the lbaicon ?

    You can claim back any unlawful penalty charge.
    The courts make the law.... not the banks.
