    Default Court bundle

    hi everyone,

just a quick one, getting my bundle together and just wondering with the misrep 1967, where does it say that the burden of proof is on the defendent, just need to get it clear in my head! I have some case law for this act.

also is there case law for the SOGAicon and CCA etc? or is it a matter of arguing over the points within these etc?

    cheers

Not sure what you put in your POCicon but here are the docs from the templates libraryicon with relevant sections that others refer to in their PPIicon POCs:

Misrepresentation Act 1967 see section 2

Consumer Credit Act (1974) and related Regulations see SS 9(4); 61 (damages); 140 (B).

Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 See S 13.

    Have a look-see ...
