Default Hearsay evidence used in Court

I am going to Court soon for the offence of Failure to Identify the Driver etc.

The CPS have given notice of the use of Hearsay evidence. I have no problem with most of it but what I would like, if they are going to use this against me, is a copy of their procedures for copying, printing etc. How do I go about doing this. Is it a draft order?

    Hello Dyanomo!

I can't help directly, but the submission of Hearsay Evidence is covered by the Civil Evidence Act 1995, please see below:

    The Civil Evidence Act 1995

    I hope this helps.

    Cheers,
