    hi

    i have put through a PPIicon back in may,,also did one for my son...different company,,,my son keeps getting feedback also filled in details for the fsa. for my son .sent this of for him, i have had nothing back,,on mine also phoned them they said that the forty days were up,,,that was ages ago just getting fobbed of with them, phoned them today they could not give me any details as no one was in the office to deal with me i know this is five months now am i being unreal with the time scale, they just dont like to contact me

    Could you give us some more specific info so that we can help you with this.

    Which lender are you dealing with, is this a loan, car loan, credit card. When was the loan/card taken out. Do you recall requesting PPIicon and how do you feel that PPI was mis-sold to you? Check out this link in the Consumer Wiki in order to answer the last Q PPI

    Did the lender tell you that the sale was an 'Advised' or 'Non Advised' sale?

    What do you mean by 'details for the FSA'? Can you elaborate please?

    Can you give us the basic gist of their reponse to you ...

    It would also be worth creating a seprate thread for your son's claim so that people can give specific support for that as each calim will be different.
