    Default Lloyds Loan

In 2002 I took out a £25K loan with over £5K PPIicon. I was told that I needed the insurance. At the time I was working 16 hours per week and earning about £6K p.a. Although we have a joint bank account it was in my name. This has been defaulted but do I have a case for mis-selling? I am trying to lower my debts and even if I don't see this money, it will help to clear my negative finances.
    Thank you

If you were told you wouldn't get the loan without taking out PPI it was mis-sold.

If the terms and conditionsicon of your PPI policy state that you need to be in full-time employmet to make a claim then you have further grounds for mis-selling.

Thank you for the replies, sorry for my delay in replying.
I've sent a SARicon to Lloydsicon (Recorded Del) which isn't shown as having been delivered and to which I have had no replies. When I have a response I will post with either my actions or requests for advice!
