I SAR'd sky card and they sent me my statements for the time Ive had the card (should they have also sent a copy of the app form and CCA)?
I have since written to them requesting the charges and PPI back which totalled £343.16 (I had NO idea it was that much)!!!
Two of my charges were for £25 and then they lowered their charge to £12 and I received 4 of those - the rest is made up of PPI or Payment Break Plan as they call it.
They say they are not prepared to review the default charges that have been applied because they are in accordance with office of fair trading.
They say the Payment Break Plan would have been applied thru a telephone call (I dont remember speaking to anyone so I may aask for a copy of that tape since they state they record calls for training purposes).
They then say they have acted responsibly etc etc.
They then GET THIS as an offer of goodwill will offer last months Payment Break Plan payment of £5.77 and also WAIT FOR IT half of the charges in question £25.00 totalling £30.77 lol lol lol omg!!
I cancelled my payment break plan last month so know this isnt being applied to my account anymore.
I have been searching on here for a suitable get f***ed letter but I keep getting waylaid answering other peoples questions lol!
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a letter I can send back to them please which would include along the lines of:....
dont care about £12 being the fee recommended as doesnt represent true cost to yourselves and courts would make you reveal true cost so want all the charges back and also I want all payment break plan back as was mis-sold and totally useless.

I mingled a letter together saying I didnt agree with their offer blah blah wanted full amount plus interest for both PPI and charges.
Received a telephone call today offering £20 short of what I asked for but said they would credit it to my card (they said I caouldnt have a cheque because I was in arrears) (I have been paying thru a debt management plan) I said dont pay it to the card yet but can they send me the offer in writing so that I can weigh over my options.
My question is - Can I insist on receiving a cheque rather than it being taken off my balance that I owe to them?
Ive just moved and need to decorate from top to bottom so the cash would come in very handy!
Any assistance is very much appreciated!

I didnt no what to do about asking for it by cheque so had the amount deducted from the balance, which was good as it cut it in half!
