I received a pcn for allegedly stopping in a box junction, just over a year ago. I immediately made an appeal and never heard back from the council. To my surprise I was recently sent a reminder claiming that they had not heard from me, furthernore the fine has been increased by 50%. Unfortunately for me I cannot find a copy of my letter. Any advice would be gratefully welcomed.
