Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
You'll notice we've made a few changes to improve our online banking facility. For example, you will now be able to view up to 6 years worth of account statement and transaction history. To view a statement, simply visit the 'Statement' section.
So, if all you're after is your statements and nothing else, sign to online banking (FOC) and get printing!!!
Re: There IS another way! (to get 6 yrs worth of statements)
Well, that makes a change from the people who think they are under complete surveillance.
(PS: I didn't post in that 1st thread you mention, unless I have become blind to my own posts. Tip: I am NOT Livelylad, although I did give him his avatar!!! ;-))
Apologies to people who I was in the process of helping, I may be gone some time.
Re: There IS another way! (to get 6 yrs worth of statements)
It is live that you can go back to 2002.
(1) Log into Natwest online banking,
(2) Go to statements on the left hand side and click on that,
(3) then on the drop down menu it says "historic transactions" then you need to choose dates not more than 12 months at a time, ie 5th October 2002 until 4th October 2003, etc, etc,.
Hope that helps, however that information ie past the last 12 months is not available in the branches as it stand at the moment.

When the Liberals and Conservatives were in opposition, they both agreed that banks should pay back high bank charges to customers. Nothing seems to have happened since they came into power as a coalition. PPI Insurance has been sorted. Now they should turn their attention to bank charges and help customers get exorbitant charges refunded.
