I just spoke to customer services politely requesting £75 charges to be refunded. He offered me £25 straight away as a good will gesture. I asked again for the full £75 to which he replied that I'd have to write to them, so I'll be sending letter 1 shortly.

He gave me this address:

I dont know if he refunded the £25 or not. It's not shown up on internet banking. It doesn't matter that much because I'll be getting it all back anyway, but I'll need to call again and find out so my letter is accurate.

Is this the right address to send letter 1 to?
