I'm so new to this,and useless on computers, and can't find my way out of a paper bag ! however, hope enough of you read this so you can help and answer this. Can't I simply arrange a meeting with my branch ( Lloyds TSB, approx £1982 charges ) and ask them to pay back what they owe me. They have paid back £420 back in December 2005 when I asked them...........I've read and re-read FAQ's but no mention can I find. HELP PLEASE
You can do this and they might refund some charges - but I wouldn't hold out too much hope of getting them all back.
