    Hello and welcome!

If you go to the Nationwideicon forum you will find threads relating to the progress of individual claims against them. This is where you should start your own thread to chart your progress and where you will receive the best advice related to your bank.

First of all though, before anything else, make sure that you have a good read through the FAQs and template letters to make sure that you are armed with as much useful information and guidance as we can provide you. Good luck!

Hi John - at the top of the page there's a pale blue box that has 'Welcome, john mathews' at the righthand side. On the left you'll see: -

Consumer Action Group > Welcome to our form > Morning all- Nationwide charges

Click on the words 'Consumer Action Group' and this will take you to the top level of the forums. Scroll down until you come to the Bank Action Group section and you'll find the Nationwide forum in there.

Start a new threadicon in the Nationwideicon forum and put a message in the first post asking for a mod to merge your other posting into it.
