hI i JUST BOUGHT NEW 5 PLATE GOLF MATCH WAS DELIVERED WITH 55MILES ON THE CLOCK and with a mismatched bumper the front is colour coded but not the back? the car mats were dirty I;'m missing my front fog lights and no ciggarette lighter. My problem is that as car was coming from manufacturers didnt see it first and have signed up for hp with dealer - have complained to them but they have not got back to me. there was no specific describtion written down all verbal - what can I do first ever new car and not sure what to do??

Take it back and ask to see the PDI check sheet, which the dealer would of had to do? sounds minor but not a good start! get them to put right what is wrong and demand loan car while it is being sorted; complain to VW head office about dealer, not car yet!

Did you get finance with VW Financial Services?
I agree with raydetinu but with my recent "issues" with Audi, I found VWFS slow, distant and not always willing to help.
Personally, I would panic and get on the blower even if it means you have got the ball rolling
I wish I contacted them on day one rather than day 7 so to speak
