I want to take black horse to small claims for a missold PPI from 2004 can i use MONEYCLAIM?????? ive heard on one thread that you cant??? can someone advise if i can and any help on writing the particulars of claim
I see no reason why not if it's a plain money claim. You might have difficulty in squeezing your Particulars of Claim into 24 lines or whatever little space is provided.
To assist in preparing the POC you're going to need to provide the info obviously.
They also say that they need to be adapted you suit your needs.
You need to understand that you may have to go to court and argue every point of your claim, therefore dont think that simply shrinking your POCs will suffice.
