haier washing machine
i brought a haier washing machine in april this year which subseqently broke down an engineer called and said drum bearing had gone and they would repair 3 weeks later they said they would replace as they could not get parts so we replaced agian 1 month later drum went same story 3 weeks cant get parts so replaced now this one has broken but becuase more than 28 days old refuse to replace (for another model do not want anymore haiers ) but insist on repair was told to refuse repair by customer servises so did this only to be informed this was wrong and they have to repair we really dont want this machine anymore is there anything else we can do please
