I am currently claiming 3 PPI amounts back through a solicitor that is acting on behalf of 7marketing who arranged the reclaims, now my question is, the solicitor is asking me if my Insurance company will cover my legal expenses if it goes to court as one of the companies I am claiming from (GE Money) have rejected the claim, is this right and has anybody else had this?
