Hi, Ive just joined and im sure this forum is going to be very helpful for the future.
Ive been putting letters to the BOS Halifax in the last few months about charges in the last few years mounting to over £600. Recent letter knocked me back because they are waiting on the final decision from there appeal seemingly.
I also have an insurance claim in against CIS which was referred to Converant Claims. Ben on the phone to them and so has my wife and they ask the most stupid questions. I only realised why when i was on this site and other peoples stories.
Its terrible they talk to u like there trying to catch u out or something, now i have someone coming out to look at the damage claim.
I hope to god i dont have to go thru the stuff otheres have on here.
The thing is its a lot of years since i claimed anything but the way they go on u would think i was doing it every week.
So annoying.
Anyway ive rabbitted on enough.
hello gio and welcome to CAG. If you haven't done so already, you can lodge your bank charges claim with the courts. this way you will then be claiming the 8% interest as well. this interest will accrue daily until the whole OFT test case is cleared up.
If you need any help with the court stuff, just shout.
