Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hello everyone,
I "found " CAG at 06.56 am today and, I now wish I found you guys' sooner, the amount of help and advice on here that is relevant to problems' Ive been going through in the last few years' is just amazing.
The reason I was desperately searching the Net for help at such an early hour is....parking charge Notices and Vehicle Control Services Ltd.
I live in a Private rented flat and I paid for a Parking Permit for my partner's car for when he visits ( he is not a resident of Sheffield ) Last night we found a ( exact copy of tom4arse 12/12/2007 ) notice on his car saying the contravention code was 83 :- Parked without clearly displaying a valid ticket/permit.....well, erm...it WAS.... on the lefthand side of the windscreen.... under his Tax Disc ...
So when I found this site and read all the amazing help and info on just this subject, the relief ..well, I can now stop tearing the remaining stuffing out of my head
I will now follow the advice and keep you all informed as to the progress.
I will probably now spend many hours on here learning all this new and useful info and hopefully making some friends' on the way
