    Default Alliance & Leicester are not part of the Test Case???

    Tell me.......Have a claim at the moment with A & L who are stating all claims will go on hold, bla bla until the end of the test case.....seeing as they are not part of the test case, how can they rely on this.

    Although they are not one of the banks in the OFT case ALL banks have been included in the waivericon by the fosicon. The courts are staying all bank charge claims while they await the outcome of the OFT case

    Any typos spelling mistakes are due to leprechauns in my keyboard they move the letters around sometimes (amended just for Bookie)

    Although A&L are not one of the banks involved in the test case the waivericon covers ALL bank charges cases and the results will have an impact on ALL banks

    GE capital -2 accounts and LTSB card letter asking for refund stage (Waiting for out come of the above to carry on with these ones )
