Hi folks

Terry Hq here just introducing myself and gotta say its good to see the people here helping and advising each other in this day and age where lets face it , lots of us are under it and the system just looks like taking you out of the game with every letter that comes through the door.

Thanks and I hope to find some answers here as I have waited far too long to get myself sorted and even with the sharks, council tax, parking fines and bailiffs icon

Hi Terry.
That's what it's all about. We're all either in or have been in that position.
It's a common bond.
But what we excel at is supplying the information and the spark to empower you to take on the big boys and win. Sometimes we can only carry out damage limitation, but we do our best.

Spend a few days reading the FAQs and the step by step guides....loads of info there. When you're ready, start your own thread(s) in the appropriate forum(s) and help won't be far away.
