    I have the strange feeling I will be 'owing' £130 this time next week!

    On the original Penalty Charge Notice (yes, they really called it that), it said appeals would only be considered if enclosed with payment!

    Don't prejudge the issue, see how the appeal goes first, don't forget to send the payment with the appeal or I don't think they will allow it

    I assume they stuff themselves even further with their increasing penalty upon penalty charge for each letter?

    When I've got a few more I'm planning on posting copies (minus personal details) to the berk in the luminous jacket who issued it, just to educate him about what happens when he gives out one of his 'Penalty Charge Notices'.

    It's a self ticketing [problem] - they've just spent £99 on a sign and some 'lets play at being traffic wardens' toytown PCNs.
