Talk Talk home phone-Have your disputes been resolved ?
Am assisting a relative-basically they have arranged the DD set up 5 times with bank-then TT have called saying they cant take money-phone was disconnected-again another DD setup with Bank Manager personally doing it-then again TT cut off.
Account holder says wants to cancel services-TT say it will cost 70 quid to end contract.
On my reckoning TT didnt keep their part of the deal so have themselves breached terms and conditions.Anyone had a similar situation ? Regulator wont get involved until TT have been given chance to rectify-but I know that takes an age....I have suggested they go back to BT cancel DD with TT and if TT issue debt collection activity then take them to Court.
