    Please please please can someone give me a direction into which address the Data Protection Act letter should be sent to. There are so many in the Barclaysicon threads but I can't seem to settle on one! Thanks in advance...

    As Closey has already said, post it recorded delivery, or by hand to your local branch. They will know where to send it on from then and it gives you a single address to deal with.

    OD - I's assuming this is 'over draft'

    IC

    I was baffled by these but just listed them on the spreadsheet under the detail of penalty heading. The Woolwihc didn`t query it in their reply offering a part payment of my claim.

    I.C Debit Interest (dot added to prevent automated conversion to Information Commissioner)

    They also added
