    Default 3rd debt collection agency demanding payment

    I am now on a 3rd company demanding payment for an alleged debt despite sending off letters to the other two who have not yet been able to produce a cca agreement the debt has now been passed to a 3rd agency, fredricksons, despite my sending a letter to the second company who were moorcrofts informing them that the account was already in dispute.
    any ideas how i get rid of these clowns as they just seem to be playing pass the parcel hoping one of them will get a result

    we seem to be seening more and more of this, i thought the new 2006 CCA Act was ment to give us more protection

    send the same letter to Freds, what's it cost, only a second class stamp, and at least you are moving down the food chain in regards to DCAicon's and their standings in the cycle of life

    You could CCA or SARicon the original creditor (if you know who it is).

    original creditor was littlewoods who have been unable to produce a cca
    they just seem to pass it on to whoever they can, I have already cca'd the latest lot but its getting a nuisance
